Elite Events Design...
Elite Events Design grew from a passion for planning meaningful celebrations and bringing order to beautiful chaos. I’m hands-on with every event, handling the logistics and behind-the-scenes details so our clients can enjoy the moment. I work closely with Chrissy, my design partner and wing woman, who brings creativity, calm, and thoughtful styling to each event. Together, we keep things organized, beautiful, and stress-free — with a little fun mixed in!

It was Elite!
From the moment my (now) husband and I had our first video call I knew Kelly was our ‘It’ woman! The 3 of us hit it off so well.
Her years of experience and creativity paired very well with the visions we had to make our special day, perfect. We contracted Elite Event Designs as our day of coordinator, so we could enjoy all the fruits of our labor and not have to worry about anything, and in the event of something possibly going awry, I knew we were in the best possible hands and I’d likely never have to know about it on or after our wedding day!
My husband and I tried to be very economically and financially responsible, and we didn’t want to buy a ton of things that would never get used again. Kelly learned this about me when she knew we were renting silk flowers for our alter pillars and ordering beautiful bamboo bridesmaid flower bouquets, she was fortunately able to offer some rentable inventory items which made us feel even more comfortable with our choices.
We had so much confidence in Kelly’s direction and skillset! On the day of wedding, we were blown away with how organized she was, as there are SO many moving parts & then, we saw the room reveal- she tied our whole vision together (insert biggest sigh of relief!) It was truly the most magical day and we were lucky enough to have Elite Event Designs and Kelly in our corner. I would absolutely choose her again for any future events we may have. Thankful for our day of coordinator!
Kelly is a must have for any wedding or event. Her skills and commitment are incomparable. I am a particular bride and Kelly was able to take my vision and bring it to life as our Day Of Coordinator. I cannot express my gratitude to her and all her hard work on our wedding day. We had planned for months together this sunny beach wedding and it quickly turned into an indoor hurricane party the day of and Kelly was quick to adapt and change up the plans and schedules we had created and make a completely new wedding plan! I am so thankful for her hardwork. Her personality is radiating and I'm so thankful to have had her for our wedding day. I highly recommend Kelly's services to any bride or anyone planning an event!
